Returns and exchange details

Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be granted if there is an error with the product on the fault of KM Boutique.

All items are made according to the instructions given by the buyer. Please make sure to double check your instructions before completing checkout. If you notice an error in your instructions, contact me IMMEDIATELY to correct it. If no instructions are given in regards to font or color preference, the item will be made in the same style as the first listing photo of the item purchased.

Shipping policies

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS and a tracking number is provided when the package ships. For domestic (US) orders, delivery usually takes 3-9 business days. 

Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. The shipping labels are automatically generated according to the information provided by the buyer.

All items are customized by hand. This means that, depending on current business volume, it may take time for your item to be completed and shipped out. Please pay careful attention to the shop announcement and your receipt for more accurate information on the current time to ship. If you need your item by a specific date please message me separately about this.
